The Ute Indians of South Utah and S.W. Colorado 
use natural materials to create these traditional
 cradleboards. Yellow leather designates a female
 child, while white leather is strictly reserved for 
male children. 
This Ceremonial cradleboard is approx. 
8"w x 16" H (doll size) and is made with soft
 white suede, beading and a bent twig top.
